Memories are so precious to us in many ways. How many times have you begun a sentence with “Remember when”? Then a special moment in your life is shared, perhaps it is a sad one, or maybe a very humorous one. The things shared change with the particular audience you find yourself with at any particular time.
For the past two summers, I have had the privilege to work as the youth intern. I am grateful for the opportunity from the elders and I pray they continue to grow in spirit and truth.
There should be no doubt as to the power of God in the lives of mankind. He is all powerful, all seeing, all knowing. One word that is used in the Old Testament to describe or name the God of Heaven is the Hebrew word ‘Shadday’. This word, found 48 times, is translated as the English word ‘almighty’.

Caring godly parents see this as a true blessing. The love they feel for their children is a strong bond that cannot be compared to anything else in their lives.

What is your view of how and what you do? All of us have guidelines or rules that dictate everything we do. Try this simple experiment: cross your arms. Now look at how they are right now. Some put their left hand on their right bicep and the other hand underneath the other bicep. Some put both on top, some both on the bottom. Look at yours, now, uncross them. Now cross them again, but opposite of how you did it the first time.
