Our beliefs and convictions concerning our Lord and our Savior Jesus Christ come directly from God’s inspired word. It sets us apart from the world. These are some of the truths we glean from the Bible:

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and His death on the cross and resurrection on the third day reconciled us to Him, His blood poured out for the forgiveness of our sins. (1 Corinthians 15:1-8; Colossians 1:19-20; John 3:16; Matthew 26:28)

All scripture is divinely inspired by God. His word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Psalm 119:105)

We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, but we are also justified by His grace through our faith in Jesus Christ. We are undeserving of the gift of grace that has been given to those of us who believe. (Romans 3:21-25)

After believing then repenting of our sins, we confess Jesus as the Christ and are baptized (immersed). We are justified when we are buried with Christ in that watery grave of baptism, his blood washes us clean. (Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3-6, 10:9-10; I Pet 3:21)

Like Christ was resurrected to live again, we imitate that after immersion to live faithfully as a new creation. (Romans 6:3-4; 2 Corinthians 5:17 Revelation 2:10).

The church is Christ’s Undenominational Body, and it exists to save the lost and to nurture and facilitate growth to those who have been born again. (Ephesians 1:22-23; 2:22; 3:10-11; 4:12, 16; Colossians 1:18; Jude 23; John 3:3)

It is our desire, because we are unworthy of the gift of salvation given to us, to be obedient and follow the apostles’ teachings and traditions including making disciples of all nations, so that all may hear the Good News of Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:10; Matthew 28:19-20)

Jesus Christ will return to claim His own (the body of believers) to be with Him in eternity. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; II Thessalonians 2:15)
