An Introduction to A Day in the Life

Welcome to yet another blog on the internet.  What is this one all about?  The main objective of this venue is to give glory to the God of Heaven.  Without Him, we have nothing and we do not exist.  Mankind, whether they recognize it or not, can live the best life on this earth if they are seeking Him properly.  

     So, the Christians that meet at the church of Christ in Arnold, MO are doing what they can to bring glory to Him.  This is done in many different ways.  This blog is to inform our own members, both new and old, and those who are not members, the community at large, of the various works that are being done to bring glory to God.  We are calling this a day in the life, because we want to do these types of activities daily.

     This group of Christians are striving to adhere to the teachings found in the Bible, specifically the New Testament.  One of the reasons the Father sent His only begotten Son (John 1:14; John 3:16) was to establish a kingdom/church. (Matthew 16:13-18) By definition a church is an assembly of baptized believers. (Acts 2:37-41)  So, we are striving to be Christians, nothing more and nothing less. (Acts 11:26)
